How it works
Inputs
- Stake
- Decimal odds per leg
- Number of legs
Results
- Combined odds
- Total payout & profit
- Implied probability
- Vig stacking cost
When to use
Use to evaluate parlays and understand how vig compounds across legs.
Example
3-leg parlay: 1.91 × 2.10 × 1.80 = 7.22x combined odds. $100 stake → $722 payout.
Frequently Asked Questions
How are parlay odds calculated?
Multiply all the decimal odds together. For example, three legs at 1.91 × 2.10 × 1.80 = 7.22 combined odds. Your $100 stake would return $722.
Why do multis have worse value?
Each leg carries a bookmaker margin (vig). When you combine legs, the vig compounds — a 3-leg multi at 5% vig per leg has roughly 14% combined vig. This is why sharp bettors generally avoid large multis.
